By using Download.fyi you agree to the terms below. They're reasonable — read them once, they don't change often.
Services provided. Paid plans grant a pool of simultaneous Stored Transfer storage — Starter = 200 GB active, Pro = 1 TB active. Quick Share is free and has no size limit; it only works while both parties keep the tab open.
Prohibited content. No malicious, unlawful, or infringing content. We terminate accounts that violate this and refer to the authorities where required.
Free trial. New subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel any time during the trial and no charge is made. If you don't cancel, the subscription converts to the paid plan on day 8 and renews monthly until cancelled.
Fees. Billed monthly after the trial. Cancelling mid-cycle keeps access until the cycle ends — no further charges. Storage limits are aggregate across all active transfers. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
User responsibilities. Comply with platform rules and applicable laws (copyright, malware, everything). You're responsible for what you transmit.
Account terms. Keep your credentials secure. You must be 16 or the minimum age your jurisdiction requires — whichever is higher.
While you're paying. Stored transfers live while (a) your subscription is active and (b) you're within plan limits. If a subscription lapses and isn't renewed within seven days, stored files may be permanently deleted. Quick Share files are ephemeral by design.
Intellectual property. We don't claim ownership over anything you upload, but we reserve the right to take down infringing content.
Prohibited activities. No copyright-infringing material, malware, or illegal use of the service.
Termination. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or pose a legal or security risk. If we end service mid-cycle for reasons not related to your breach, we may, at our discretion, pro-rate a refund.
Limitation of liability. Provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the service.
The 7-day trial lets you evaluate paid features risk-free.
EU/EEA consumers retain any non-waivable rights under applicable distance-selling rules.
Jurisdiction. Governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes resolve in Swedish courts.
Changes. We may update these terms. Registered users get at least 30 days' notice before changes affecting fees, plan limits, or material rights take effect.
